Ordering Santoro products is easy! We work with a number of couriers to ensure your goods are delivered safely and in good time.

We ensure that all orders are shipped within 48 hours.

 

UK Delivery:

Standard Delivery £3.95

Free for orders over £35.00

 

USA & Canada Delivery:

Standard Delivery $30.00

Free for orders over $100.00

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories is available and will be dependent on exact destinations and products ordered.

Note for delivery to Canada: The shipping charge you will pay does not include any additional taxes or duties that may be applicable when the parcel reaches your country. Payment of any such charges are your responsibility and will not be paid by Santoro.

 

Europe Delivery:

Standard Delivery €20.00*

Orders to the EU: Due to new regulations in place, Santoro cannot ship orders above €150 in value. If your order value is over €150 please split it out into multiple orders. 

Your order will be sent on a DDP service. This means all duties and fees will be covered by Santoro Ltd; you will have nothing more to pay once you have placed your order. 

Orders to European Countries not in the EU: There is no limit on the value of your order.  

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International Delivery

Delivery to all other countries will be calculated at checkout automatically depending on the destination and products ordered.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: When ordering goods from Santoro London for delivery outside of the UK or EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, please note that you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
