Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on:

- If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, we can arrange for a new product to be sent. If the new item costs less than your original product, we will arrange for the difference to be refunded: if it costs more, an additional payment will need to be made.
If you live in the EU:
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and you wish to return your item, please inform us that you wish to cancel and return the item to us within 14 days and you will receive a full refund. Please quote your order number when contacting us.
- Santoro Ltd has no liability other than up to the total value of your original order. For your security please return items by recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.To qualify for a full refund all returned goods must show no signs of unreasonable use.
If you live outside of the EU:
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and you wish to return your unused item, please inform us within 7 days and you will receive a full refund of the value of your goods. To qualify for a refund all returned goods must be in an unused and resalable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. Santoro Ltd has no liability other than the value of your goods. For your security please return items by recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.
- We apologise if on a rare occasion the goods delivered are faulty or incorrect. In this instance, please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and supply photographs of the fault. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund to you the price paid by you for the goods, our standard postage and packing cost and the cost of returning the goods via the Post Office.
