  1. SANTORO’S ANGEL POLICY – CRAFTING USING OUR PRODUCTS

We love to see fans inspired by our brands, producing a wide range of projects using our craft products and components on a hobby basis. In order to protect our intellectual property and the rights of our licensed partners, please note the following restrictions when using and reproducing  Santoro artwork.

 

GENERAL ARTWORK USE RESTRICTIONS

  • Santoro owns all artwork, designs, characters, and images.
  • Please do not copy, trace, scan, edit, extract, share, or recreate Santoro artwork for anything other than personal use.
  • Santoro artwork may only be enjoyed as part of original products bought from Santoro or authorised retailers.
  • Do not turn Santoro artwork into digital files, printables, stickers, transfers, or anything that can be reproduced.
  • Do not use Santoro artwork for logos, branding, business names, packaging, or promotions.
  • Do not mass-produce, outsource, or manufacture products using Santoro designs.
  • These restrictions apply regardless of whether the use is for profit or non-profit purposes.

 

PAPERCRAFTS

Hand-made cards and craft projects may be created using original Santoro papercraft products and sold under the following conditions:

  • Sales are permitted only on a small-scale, hobby basis, with an annual capped allowance of 500 units per annum.
  • Items must be entirely hand-made, not mechanically reproduced or mass-produced.
  • Products may be sold at craft fairs or for charitable purposes only.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Selling via any online platforms (including but not limited to eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or similar marketplaces).
  • Selling through any permanent retail locations (including shops, concessions, or commercial outlets).
  • Using Santoro artwork in a way that suggests official endorsement, partnership, or licensing.

 

QUILTING FABRICS

The Santoro fabric range has been designed as a collection for quilting and personal crafting projects.

  • All fabric-based creations are for personal use only.
  • The fabric designs may not be used to create products for sale, distribution, or commercial purposes in any form.

This restriction ensures no conflict arises with existing licensed agreements.

 

COMMERCIAL LICENSING

If you are interested in producing Santoro products on a commercial scale, please contact us to enquire about an official license at licensing@santoro-london.com

Please note:

  • Licenses are granted selectively to companies operating at a commercial scale.
  • Agreements include financial commitments and legally binding terms and conditions.

 

  1. REPORTING BRAND AND PRODUCT VIOLATIONS

At Santoro, we vigilantly protect our intellectual property rights and take decisive action against those who misuse our name, brand, or artwork, including counterfeit or unauthorised reproductions.

Our Legal team actively works to remove infringing products and identify their sources.

We ask our fans, customers, partners, and contacts to remain vigilant and report any suspected violations.

Examples of violations include:

  • Counterfeit or imitation products
  • Unauthorised reproduction of Santoro artwork
  • Digital downloads or printable files using Santoro designs
  • Commercial use of Santoro imagery without a license

If you discover any websites, marketplaces, stalls, shops, auction pages, or other outlets offering suspicious or counterfeit products, we would appreciate your reporting them to us at:
