Santoro is a London design house founded in 1985, and we spend our days making beautiful things. Since starting out from our first little studio tucked away just behind London’s iconic Carnaby Street, we have created numerous collections based around our love of art, colour and creativity. From that simple idea we have grown and grown into the internationally renowned and award winning design house we are today, still striving to create an abundance of precious things for people to collect, enjoy and treasure.

Licensing Sales Manager (based at our Wimbledon office)


We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and hard-working individual who is self-motivated and eager to push forward the expansion of the licensing business within a unique and fast growing Company. The successful candidate will ideally have commenced a successful career in the licensing, toy or fashion industries, with existing contacts, boundless drive, confident negotiation skills and strategic business acumen. The right person needs to manage relationships internally and externally at all levels.

As an entrepreneurial business, suitable candidates will need to have a high degree of personal initiative, be commercially driven and financially astute, demonstrate strong negotiation, leadership, organisation and planning skills.

The individual must be open to adapting its prior experience to fit in with the Company strategy, and have a strong ability to identify new business opportunities in the home market and internationally to grow the licensing business.

Field Sales Manager (The Cotswolds, Wiltshire & Mid/South Wales)


The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our amazing Field Based Sales Team managing a region covering the Cotswolds, West Midlands, Wiltshire & Mid/South Wales. Working independently, you will make and attend appointments with buyers and independent retail business owners, visiting gift shops, garden centres, department stores, bookshops, visitor attractions and similar. 

The independent greeting card and gifting industry is made up of some extremely dedicated, passionate (and lovely!) business owners, and much of your time will be devoted to building and maintaining excellent relationships with our longstanding customer base, whilst seeking new opportunities to place our brands within the marketplace. You will need to provide a superb level of service and aftercare, through regular phone calls to make appointments and visits along with sending targeted marketing material by email.

 Warehouse Operative (based at our Rotherham site)


A vacancy has arisen for a warehouse operative to work in our modern and clean distribution centre in Manvers, nr Rotherham.
The role will include picking and packing orders for our customers, stock counting, housekeeping, and other general warehouse duties.
You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent numeracy and literacy skills, and be energetic and enthusiastic.  Keen to learn, you will have many opportunities to grow and develop in this role.  No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, but we are keen also to receive applications from those with order processing experience.
The role is permanent and full time, working 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and the entry salary will be NMW/NLW (dependent upon age).

Workshop & Facilities Coordinator (based at our Rotherham site)


A new and exciting role has arisen for someone to be a big part of our Exhibitions and Facilities Team, helping to craft and decorate our premium trade show stands alongside building maintenance duties. An open-minded, flexible individual with a proactive attitude is required to assist with the day to day requirements of this busy team; this could include woodwork, wallpapering, furniture design and some administrative tasks. Every day is different and the business moves rapidly, so we need someone who can think on their feet and isn’t afraid to turn their hand to something new.

You will travel to prestigious trade shows where SANTORO are exhibiting and construct our stands on site, so will need to represent our company’s excellent reputation. You will also take stands down carefully and sensibly at the end of each show. Alongside these responsibilities, you will carry out maintenance and repairs on SANTORO owned buildings. This will require resourcefulness, practicality and common sense.

We are seeking a Product Development Assistant to join our busy Licensing department.
