Product Development Assistant


SANTORO is an international, award-winning lifestyle brand, known for its distinctive and captivating Collections (which include Gorjuss and Mirabelle) that epitomise an eclectic taste and flair for innovation.

We are seeking a PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT to work within our busy Licensing Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, superbly organised, bright and ambitious individual able to manage a busy and varied workload with the determination to succeed and work their way up within a passionate, leading edge design company that is constantly evolving.

This is an administrative based role that would suit a creative individual with a passion for design, fashion and accessories.

You will be highly organised, hardworking, and have a professional manner as well as possess excellent communication skills. With an acute eye for detail, confident telephone manner, and the ability to work to tight deadlines you will also be computer literate having achieved top grades in your education. Part of your role will be to assist with the coordination and approval of artwork and product submissions for a variety of consumer goods categories including fashion accessories, gifts and apparel, tracking them through from initial design concept to final product, liaising with clients worldwide ensuring that all products comply with the brand style guide.

International Sales Executive


Santoro’s International presence continues to grow from strength to strength and we are expanding our International Sales Team. In this role you will use your selling skills to expertly co-ordinate and develop key international customers, as well as motivating, supporting and increasing our international distributor network; both existing and new. Ensuring that sales and profit growth are achieved in line with targets, your ability to promote & negotiate will enable you to increase brand visibility and develop individual customer showroom product share. Occasional overseas travel will be a requirement of this role.

The key to this role is to develop and maintain relationships with specified customers and ensure that these accounts generate repeat business and maximum long term revenue. To do this you will be a true believer in excellent customer service and also understand sales data and its impact on business decisions

To work in this entrepreneurial role you cannot be afraid of hard work or thinking dynamically, and are certainly not controlled by a 9 to 5 mindset. This pace & style won’t suit everyone; you need to be the kind of person who thrives in a vibrant and dynamic commercial business that offers plenty of encouragement and support to help people perform their jobs to the best of their ability and achieve their potential.

Languages would be useful, but are not essential.

Production Controller


Strong interpersonal skills and powers of persuasion are vital for this Production role, you will need to prioritise your workload and make things happen so as to meet production deadlines. The position has an administrative focus so you will need to possess excellent computer skills and attention to detail. If you have experience in the print /sourcing production field then this is a great opportunity for you to shine as an important member of our team.

You will be working within the friendly and supportive environment of our Wimbledon office's Production department. If you have achieved A grades at GCSE & A-level then we can provide ongoing opportunities and a role and culture in which to thrive.

You will be involved closely with our international suppliers, our Far East Production Office, and our on-site Design team. Previous experience in a production sourcing role, preferable working with Far East suppliers is important.

Production / Administrative Assistant


This opportunity is an entry level role supplying general office and administrative support to our Wimbledon Head Office. You will be involved in the administrative aspect of the day to day office requirements, with an emphasis of your time supporting the Production team, working with our suppliers and our product collections.

This is an ideal opportunity if you wish to develop a career within a Product Development / Print Production environment.

You will be computer literate and have achieved top grades in your education; in particular we must see top grades for Maths and English. In order for your application to be considered please include details of the grades you received for all subjects.

Creative Artworker / Designer


We are currently looking for an Artworker / Designer to work within our studio. You must have proven Mac skills in Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign and a desire to prove yourself in a demanding environment. Meticulous attention to detail is essential (the role includes artworking projects for print) as are good communication and organisational skills.

A passion and interest in the gift and greeting-card market would be advantageous.

You will be working with our branded style guides, and supplied art which you will use to design cards and gifts that will be sold direct to retailers.

You will have:

 A good Graphic Design degree (2:1 or above), or equivalent

 Proven commercial experience within a design studio for a minimum of 2 years

We are seeking an ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT to work within our busy Licensing Team. You will need to be computer literate and numerate, having achieved top grades in your education, and will ideally be educated to graduate level. Attention to detail and communication skills are essential, as is a friendly nature, a willingness to be supportive, and a desire to learn and progress. Your role will be to assist with day to day administration and office duties, as well as assisting with many varied projects encompassing marketing, accounts, sales and liaising with company vendors for all facilities issues which will include the negotiation and purchasing of supplies and equipment.
