Terms & Conditions

FOR THE SUPPLY OF SANTORO LONDON (a.k.a Santoro Graphics Ltd.) PRODUCTS.

1. THE CONTRACT

Santoro Graphics Ltd's will confirm all orders via e-mail. This e-mail confirms acceptance of your order and brings into existence a legally binding contract between Santoro Graphics Ltd and you, the Purchaser. All e-mail correspondence will be communicated via the address given by you in your order form. Santoro Graphics Ltd must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.

2. PRICE AND SPECIFICATION

a. The prices payable for goods that you order is as set out in our Web site. Whilst endeavouring to maintain prices, Santoro Graphics Ltd reserves the right to alter prices and specifications without notice.

b. You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.

3. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

If Santoro Graphics Ltd has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, any sum debited by Santoro Graphics Ltd from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Santoro Graphics Ltd will notify you by email. The refund will be made as soon as possible. Santoro Graphics Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

4. DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU

a. Santoro Graphics Ltd will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give Santoro Graphics Ltd for delivery at the time you make your order.

b. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and Santoro Graphics Ltd will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

5. COOLING OFF PERIOD

a. If you live within the EU, under EU law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason. As long as you notify us within 7 working days following the day of receipt you will receive a full refund of all charges.

b. The cost of the safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain proof of postage from the post office. Santoro Graphics Ltd are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit.

c. Santoro Graphics Ltd shall not be liable for loss of profits or contracts or other indirect or consequential loss (except in respect of injury to or death of any person) whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or however.

6. ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

If you are based in the UK and are purchasing one of our electrical items then we will be happy to arrange to take back and recycle your old replaced article on a like-for-like basis within 28 days of the purchase of your item from us. If you wish to take advantage of this scheme please contact our Customer Services Team for further information.

7. LIABILITY

a. If the goods Santoro Graphics Ltd delivers are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Santoro Graphics Ltd shall have no liability to you unless you notify Santoro Graphics Ltd in writing at the Santoro Graphics Ltd contact address of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of goods in question.

b. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, Santoro Graphics Ltd shall have no liability to you unless you notify Santoro Graphics Ltd in writing at the Santoro Graphics Ltd contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

c. If you live outside of the EU, and are dissatisfied with goods received, Santoro Graphics Ltd shall have no liability to you unless you notify Santoro Graphics Ltd within 7 working days of delivery and return the goods to Santoro Graphics Ltd at your cost and in the condition in which they were sent.

d. If you notify a problem to Santoro Graphics Ltd under this condition, Santoro Graphics Ltd's only obligation will be, at its option:

i. to make good any shortage or non-delivery

ii. to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or

iii. to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way Santoro Graphics Ltd chooses.

e. Santoro Graphics Ltd will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to Santoro Graphics Ltd under this condition and Santoro Graphics Ltd shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph c above.

f. Santoro Graphics Ltd shall not be liable for loss of profits or contracts or other indirect or consequential loss (except in respect of injury to or death of any person) whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or however.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Santoro Graphics Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

9. INVALIDITY

The enforceability of the rest of these conditions will not be affected if any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Santoro Graphics Ltd excludes its liability to you).

10. GOVERNING LAW

The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions, together with the current Santoro Graphics Ltd Web site prices, delivery details and Santoro Graphics Ltd contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by Santoro Graphics Ltd.
