UK Mainland Orders

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 for UK mainland addresses. FREE delivery on all orders over £40.
Delivery outside the UK mainland is available at cost; please contact customer service for further details.
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. Please allow an extra 5 days for receipt if payment is made by cheque in pounds sterling (to allow for clearance before your order will be dispatched).
We can deliver to an alternative address to your billing address.

 

USA Mainland Orders

Our Standard delivery charge is $8.95 for delivery to Continental United States addresses. FREE delivery on orders over $80.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories is available at cost; please contact customer service for further details.
We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 working days. Please allow an extra 5 days for receipt if payment is made by cheque in pounds sterling (to allow for clearance before your order will be dispatched).
We can deliver to an alternative address to your billing address.
Please note that all duty and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

International Orders

For all other international orders, the cost of postage and packaging will be calculated automatically depending on the destination and products ordered. The cost will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.
If the weight of your order exceeds 70 kgs, we will calculate the cost of shipping your parcel separately and contact you to confirm your acceptance before processing your order.

Please note that all duty and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please call our customer services team on +44 (0) 1709 518 100.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, we can arrange for a new product to be sent. If the new item costs less than your original product, we will arrange for the difference to be refunded: if it costs more, an additional payment will need to be made.

 

Returns

If you live in the EU:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and you wish to return your item, please inform us that you wish to cancel and return the item to us within 14 days and you will receive a full refund. Santoro Ltd has no liability other than up to the total value of your original order. For your security please return items by recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.To qualify for a full refund all returned goods must show no signs of unreasonable use.

If you live outside of the EU:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and you wish to return your unused item, please inform us within 7 days and you will receive a full refund of the value of your goods. To qualify for a refund all returned goods must be in an unused and resalable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. Santoro Ltd has no liability other than the value of your goods. For your security please return items by recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.

 

Faulty/Incorrect Orders

We apologise if on a rare occasion the goods delivered are faulty or incorrect. In this instance, please contact our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 1709 518100 to obtain a returns number. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund to you the price paid by you for the goods, our standard postage and packing cost and the cost of returning the goods via the Post Office.
